Financial Assistance Information

Here at the Gandhi School we understand that without aid, low- and moderate-income students often increase their work hours and cut class hours. The challenge of working and keeping up with class work becomes too much and this lowers their chances of completing their training program and receiving a certificate. In our efforts to provide an equal opportunity for all to receive training and begin working in the field we have provided below a few sources of financial assistance that would be beneficial to our potential applicants.

Central Scholarship Bureau (CSB)
The Central Scholarship Bureau offers grants to full-time students in programs at private career schools approved and accredited by the Maryland Higher Education Commission including the Gandhi School. The Central Scholarship Bureau CSB funding and services are provided free of charge, more information and application materials please visit:
Maryland Workforce Development
Maryland Workforce Development Centers provide a variety of employment and support resources to assist individuals in achieving their employment goals and encourage lifelong learning. The Centers provide information and resources for the economic advancement of any job seeker in need of services. Financial Assistance through the Maryland Workforce Development program can be used here at the Gandhi School. Students are encouraged to apply in their current City or County of residence! A listing of Maryland Workforce Development Centers by county can be found here :One-Stop Career Centers - Comprehensive List
